Hours: 8:30AM-4:00PM Mon-Friday

-          Has recently or soon to Graduate with a 2:1 or higher in English Literature, Language or related field.

-          Proven academic excellence in GCSE’S and A-Levels

-          Motivated by a desire to pursue a lasting carer in teaching or educational support

-          A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a desire to learn from skilled educators

-          Experiencing working or support students academically (desirable but not essential)

Graduate English Classroom Assistant: Job Specification

-          Assist in the preparation and delivery of lessons

-          Provide support to students in their learning, including offering guidance on assignments, classwork, and independent projects.

-          Work with small groups of students to provide tailored support in literacy and language development.

-          Collaborate with teaching staff to develop resources, assist in lesson planning, and adapt materials for diverse learning needs
