• Skilled in leading, training, and motivating kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Efficient in managing high-volume production and maintaining health and safety standards.
• Experienced in managing food costs, inventory, and budgets effectively.
• Passion for creating innovative, seasonal, and guest-focused menus.
