There are two Primary Teacher Primary ECT roles available in this welcoming and warm school provision. The school is looking for engaging and bright teachers who can support the wider vision of this school and offer every pupil the chance to thrive.
This school building was completed in the 1990’s and quickly became a high attaining school due to a long-standing head and outreach programme to the wider community. Over the years, the school has been sympathetically upgraded – including a new EYFS building – to keep up with the demands of an ever-changing curriculum.

Alongside a physical change to the building the demographics of the area have moved on. The school still serves a significant number of typical east London working class families – but as the area has gentrified, the catchment of learners in the EYFS are skewing towards more middle class.
The school serves a culturally diverse catchment, as one of the few non-faith primary schools in the area, this school celebrates multiple cultures and languages.

The school is in the hands of a headteacher who joined the school as a trainee teacher. This headteacher took charge of the school in 2019 after a highly celebrated and longstanding headteacher retired.

This headteacher can offer the right guidance and support to a pair of willing primary Teacher Primary ECTs. There is one vacancy in KS1 and second in lower KS2. Both KS1 and KS2 teacher teams have a number of long standing and experienced partner teachers who will aid your development into an exceptional teacher.
