The Role: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

• Full-time, Long-term role for the rest of the academic year
• Monday to Friday, full-time school hours
• Earn between £500 - £540 per week as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with special educational needs.
• Graduates with a 2:1 or above in Education, Psychology, or a related degree are encouraged to apply.
• SEN experience desirable but not essential.

About the role: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

• Provide one-to-one and group support with students that have complex and profound learning difficulties.
• Help implement strategies to support students emotional and social well-being.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and calm learning environment.
• Collaborate with the class teacher supporting general tasks, working closely with other members of staff.
