Accounts Assistant
£30,000 per annum

Monday to Friday
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to manage invoicing, customer accounts, financial reporting, and credit control. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and have experience with Sage50 and accounts receivable, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage invoice processing and ensure timely, accurate invoicing.
Handle credit control and cash management.
Maintain key customer accounts and relationships.
Assist with project invoice costing.
Support financial reporting and account reconciliation.
General accounts admin and email correspondence.
Qualifications & Experience:
AAT qualified.
At least 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or cash allocation (contractor environment).
Proficient with Sage50.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Personal Attributes:
Highly organised, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
