We are seeking a Head Chef to lead a distinguished dining destination blending traditional Italian flavours with modern flair. Situated in a members-only lounge, this role offers a creative and dynamic environment with an emphasis on high-quality seasonal menus.

The Role

• Cuisine: Italian with a focus on snacks, pastries, canapés, and lounge-sized dishes.
• Team: Lead a brigade of 6–7 chefs, reporting directly to the Executive Chef.
• Service: All-day dining with a mix of relaxed lunch service and evening club vibes.
• Menu Innovation: Seasonal, creative dishes with room to add your personal touch.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Renowned Italian restaurants with expertise in both traditional and modern techniques.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage a kitchen team, control costs, and maintain high standards.
• Dynamic Personality: Free-spirited and ambitious with a passion for great food and guest experiences.
• Flexibility: Adapt to a wet-led evening service while collaborating with the main restaurant
