VEHICLE MECHANIC

GLASGOW | £37,440 BASE + OVERTIME | PERMANENT

- Basic salary: £37,440 per annum (£18.00 per hour)

NOTE: Only qualified mechanics with relevant experience will be considered. Please DO NOT apply if you don't have previous Mechanical experience - no exceptions.

WORKING HOURS

- Monday to Friday (Sat 1 in 4)

- 8am - 5pm

- Day shift only - no weekends

- 40 hours per week

YOUR ROLE

As a Vehicle Mechanic, you'll be responsible for:

- Performing diagnostic work and repairs

- General servicing and maintenance

- Diagnose and resolve vehicle mechanical and electrical issues

- Conduct ramp testing and test drives to ensure repairs are successful

- Maintaining accurate service records

- Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- City & Guilds, NVQ, or IMI Level 2/3 qualified mechanic

- Full UK/EU driving licence

- Strong diagnostic abilities

- Excellent attention to detail

- Good communication skills
