CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

PERMANENT, FULL TIME

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join this niche business in the Wigan area.  The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly and have an excellent telephone manner, as well as strong computer literacy, punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with product sales, liaising with main contractors, sub contractors and end users
  • Producing quotations
  • Putting together packages for customers based on their individual requirements
  • Liaising directly with suppliers regarding projects
  • Checking stock availability
  • Updating project status / quotation conversions on the system
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times
  • Dealing with new and existing customers
  • Working to response guidelines and timelines
  • Producing technical equipment schedules
  • Maintaining customer details and proposals
  • Supporting with all round administration tasks
