Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Person Specification

• MUST have a recent 2:1 degree or higher – Any subject area will be considered
• Endearing, personable individual who has a joy for working with young people
• Previous relevant experience is desired but not essential

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Job Specification

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will…

• Work to develop a strong relationship with the children you work with
• Focus your attention on SEN students who are struggling with ASD and ADHD
• Delightful class – Year 4 in a very small and community-based school
• Liaise with outside organisations to ensure students are receiving the utmost care
• Perfect experience for aspiring SEN teachers or education psychologists
• Work 1-to-1 and in small group settings
• Clear progression: In-house teacher training available September 2025

Earn £500-£540 per week – Wimbledon, Merton  – Full-time, long-term, Monday-Friday

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate closely with teachers to foster individualised learning support tailored to each student.
