💼 Identifying new client opportunities and confidently negotiating fees
📈 Qualifying candidates and onboarding new clients within our Retail Division
🔍 Planning to meet clients’ future recruitment needs and supporting their growth
💡 Staying on top of retail trends and market conditions to be the ultimate industry expert
📆 Following our weekly sales cycle, sharing best practices with fellow consultants, and setting standards as a role model

What do we look for in you?
🚗 Driving license for client visits
🛒 Previous recruitment or sales experience
