Consultancy company based in the South East are looking for an inhouse lawyer to work as and when needed and deal with the work below. Can be done remotely. 8-10 hours per month likely so quite a small amount.

Client Contracts drafting/tailoring/negotiating clauses (including drafting / tailoring Data Sharing agreements where needed).

They also need assistance with bespoke projects and tailored/different scope of works and pricing/payments arrangement so contracts need a few hours of tailoring each time, re-drafting/re-negotiations when the clients in-house lawyers get involved, handling lengthy 'pre-audits' by corporate clients regarding Data, IT security, HR practices, etc which by default become a part of the contractual obligations, occasional "backed off" contract (or schedules) with one or more associate consultants.
