Hours: 8:30AM-4:00PM Mon-Friday

• Graduated with a 2:1 or higher in education, psychology, or a related field
• Strong academic background throughout GCSE and A-Levels

Graduate Primary Classroom Assistant: Job Specification

• Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons, assist with classroom management, and ensure every child gets the attention they need to thrive.
• Provide 1-1 tailored support to individual pupils and small group interventions to those may need extra help with their learning
• Ensuring all classroom resources are stocked and tidied
• Encourage independence and build confidence in their ability by encouraging them to take ownership of their learning.
