KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a General Assistnant for our client based in Lossiemouth.

As a General Assistant your working days and hours are:

• 5 out of 7 days per week
• 07:00- 15:00 or 10:30- 18:30

The rate of pay as a General Assistant is:

• £11.40 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a General Assistant are:

• Delivering food from the kitchen to guests at the table or self service area
• Assisting chefs by washing vegetables, assembling sandwiches, sourcing ingredients from the stock room or plating up dishes
• Keeping any bar and drink service areas fully stocked with beverages
• Taking drinks orders and serving drinks to guests at their table or throughout the venue
• Opening wine bottles at the table and poruing drinks for guests
• Wiping down tables and chairs, removing rubbish and clearing event spaces
• Using and serving on the till

The ideal candidate for a General Assistant would need:

• PPE- black bottoms, black polo shirt, non slip shoes
• Previous experience working as a General Assistant
• Previous experience working with handling food and drinks
• Ability to work well individually or in a team envrionment
• Good time keeping skills
