About the Role: Graduate Learning Support Assistant

A leading school near Formby, Liverpool, is looking for a motivated and compassionate Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their team immediately. This full-time position offers the chance to work closely with students across multiple subjects, providing tailored support to help them overcome challenges and boost their academic confidence. You’ll be instrumental in assisting students of all abilities, including those with additional needs, empowering them to succeed in their studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them grasp key concepts and build confidence in their learning.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and delivery to ensure an engaging learning environment.
• Work with students of all abilities, including those with additional needs, offering targeted support that adapts to their individual requirements.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to build your teaching and educational support skills.
• Contribute to a positive classroom environment, helping students feel motivated, confident, and supported.
