General Manager - Golf & Leisure Estate

Salary                    £75,000 - £80,000 +

Location:               Hertfordshire

I am working with a great client based in Essex who are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead a thriving golf and leisure estate. This is a rare opportunity to join a successful business that has seen significant growth and investment over the past decade. The role is not just golf!! The estate comprises of lodges, Golf, F+B, Gym and a thriving wedding and events calendar. Only leaders that like to be visible and have a hands-on approach to work need APPLY!

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong background in high-end hospitality and catering
• Proven track record in people management and team development
• Data-driven approach with a focus on KPIs and profit growth
• Strategic vision to drive the business forward over the next 5 years
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations while planning for future growth

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or leisure management
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
