This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Director to join the dynamic team at a large scale venue based in Edinburgh. The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for creating and implementing the sales and marketing strategy across the site in order to drive awareness and achieve pre-determined revenue targets.

The Role:

• Develop innovative, effective and creative sales & marketing strategies
• Overall responsibility for lead generation and development of new business
• Manage, motivate and educate the team
• Prepare regular budget and management reports
• Meet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and nurtured
• Identify new revenue or expansion opportunities across the business
• Liaise and work closely with all departments and external agencies

Experience:

• A proven track record leading sales teams from a venue background
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Established connections in local and national markets
• A creative thinker
• A strong work ethic. You will lead by example
