The Role: Associate Director – Interior Design

Sector: Luxury Food and Beverage

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 30,000 – 40,000 per month + Bonus

Start: January 2025

I am very excited to be working on this amazing Senior Level Interior Design role.

Our client is at the top of their game and is a trusted partner to exceptional Food and Beverage / Hospitality businesses that stand out from the crowd thanks to their beautiful, design-led sites.

The Associate Director – Interior Design will be part of the Senior Team, working closely with the Managing Partner and Operations Director, to lead design teams from concept creation to delivery.

You will have extensive experience designing beautiful interiors at luxury level across F&B led businesses and be adept at leading multi-national teams both on site, and remotely. You will also have lots of energy and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, client facing environment.

CORE skills:

• High-end F&B design experience – Ideally 10 years+
• Experience in managing a multi-cultural team in Revit and BIM
• Strong in creative, narrative design
• Incredible attention to detail
• Proven success in Concept Design
• Strong project management skills
• Experience / capable to restructure, hire and train a team of 10-20 individuals within the next year or two
• Experience with GCC
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture (preferred)
• Starting in January 2025
