Duties of the Industrial Maintenance & Facilities Lead:

 

• Providing day-to-day leadership and expertise to a team of Factory Shift Engineers.
• Maximizing equipment uptime through expertly planned and executed changeovers and interventions.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives alongside Development Engineering.
• Ensuring your team meets deadlines and effectively managing contractors where needed.
• Holding Development Engineering accountable for creating effective SOPs, ensuring reliability, and considering design for manufacturing and maintenance.
• Overseeing workshop facilities, engineering stores, and factory amenities.
• Managing financial controls and budgetary responsibilities for repair, renewal, and consignment stocks.

 

 

The Industrial Maintenance & Facilities Lead will have:
