Providing Temporary and permanent staffing to the Shropshire and surrounding areas, we are wishing to employ a consultant who can increase the growth of the company.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the Health and Social Care Sector as you will be coming into manage and grow a warm desk.

What you will be responsible for -

Liaising with our clients to fully understand their recruitment requirements and generating new business leads.

Confident in making calls to both candidates and clients.

Building relationships with clients and potential clients

Ensuring we have a strong staff availability.

Posting Job ads on relevant job boards to attract candidates to fill roles.

Ensure that we fulfil our clients’ requirements.

To ensure all candidates that go out to work are Compliant

To ensure we provide clients with a continuity of staff
