A specialist litigation and dispute resolution firm in South Yorkshire is looking for a litigator to work out of their Sheffield office. The firm is looking for a candidate with experience in a full range of litigation and an understanding and ideally experience of Financial Misselling, Timeshare Misselling, Housing Disrepair , Cavity Wall Claims, Unauthorised Collective Investsment Schemes or Data Protection claims. Apllicants must have experience of case preparation, negotiations skills and an excellent understanding of the Civil Procedures Rules. TThe successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on high value Commercial Dispute Resolution claims, providing expert legal advice and exceptional client care. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
