We’re looking for a Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant who:

• Holds a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a Russell Group university.
• Comes from any academic discipline – all subject backgrounds welcome!
• Has a genuine interest in education and working with young people.
• Is a confident communicator and a strong role model for students.
• May have previous tutoring or school-based experience (beneficial, but not required).
• Is exploring routes into teaching, such as PGCE, Teach First, or School Direct.
