About the Role:

As Sous Chef, you'll be a vital part of the leadership team—working alongside the Head Chef to drive excellence across the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and lounge offerings. Whether you're an experienced Sous Chef seeking a new environment, or a Junior Sous ready to step up, this could be the perfect next chapter in your career.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Head Chef with all aspects of kitchen management and daily service

• Assist in designing and developing menus featuring fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients

• Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety

• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience

• Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships

• Help maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen

About You:

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen (2 AA Rosette or similar)

• Solid knowledge of both classical and contemporary cooking techniques

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Calm, composed, and detail-focused under pressure

• Passionate about food, flavour, and delivering memorable dining experiences
