Sales Director - Events, London, £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for a Sales Director to join a dynamic events business, leading on their business development strategy, securing major event contracts and representing the company at the highest level. The Sales Director will be responsible for identifying and winning large-scale event opportunities, managing the tender process, and building lasting relationships with key decision-makers across the industry.

About The Role:

• Win major event contracts through strategic networking and compelling bids
• Lead the full tender process from identification to submission
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior industry figures
• Deliver revenue growth in line with agreed targets and KPIs
• Monitor market trends and opportunities for long-term growth

About You:

• Extensive experience in sales or business development in events/hospitality
• A strong industry network and a track record of securing major contracts
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Commercially savvy, strategic, and self-driven
