A Large, well-run Secondary School located in Leeds with modern facilities is looking to appoint diligent, high achieving and motivated Graduate Science Teaching Assistant to join their team starting now...

Key Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Science Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the delivery of engaging Science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group academic support to students, focusing on areas where they may need additional help.
• Assist in practical experiments and ensure lab safety is maintained.
• Contribute to the preparation of lesson materials and resources.
• Support exam preparation and help raise student attainment.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment in the classroom.
• Potentially be developed into a Cover Supervisor role, gaining valuable classroom management experience.

• Competitive salary of up to £520 per week.
• Full-time, long-term role with immediate start (February 2025).
• Sociable working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm).

About You:
We are looking for a Graduate Science Teaching Assistant who:

• Holds a 2:1 or First-Class degree in a Science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related).
• Has a genuine passion for education and a desire to help students achieve their best.
• Is committed to making a positive impact on students' academic development.
• Is considering a career in teaching and eager to gain hands-on experience.
• Can work collaboratively with teachers and students in a supportive role.
