Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

Location: Magor, Caldicot

Employment Type: Temporary, Temp to Perm 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Days or Nights

Salary: £15.33 days, £16.66 nights plus rolled up holiday pay for adhoc. Enhancements for weekends

MDE Group UK LTD are  recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our clients established team based in the Magor area.

Job Description:

• Class 1, straight forward curtain work, load up, reload and back. If on locals there may be another drop out and back on days
• Ongoing work available
• Monday to Friday Days or Nights available, Shunting work also available.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of tacho use and working time
• Daily vehicle checks ensuring any issues are reported immediately
• Load security is paramount to this role.
• Good customer service

Qualifications

• UK HGV Class 1 Licence with 6 months experience required
• Max 6 points with no major endorsements (DD/DG/DR/IN/TT/CD/UT)
• Valid Tacho
• Valid CPC
