The Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join an exciting small restaurant group based in Central London. The group is known for its intimate, high-quality dining experiences, and with a new opening on the horizon, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in its growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 2 sites, one established and the other a new opening coming soon.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead a small team, promoting a positive and collaborative culture.
• Drive operational excellence, implementing and maintaining high standards across both locations.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and P&L to drive profitability and efficiency.

About You:

• You have new opening experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing multiple sites.
• You have experience working with independent businesses and owners and understand the dynamic nature of working in a smaller, more hands-on environment.
• You have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences in intimate, high-end restaurant settings.
• You’re a natural leader, able to manage teams effectively while maintaining a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
