SUBMISSIONS ADMINISTRATOR

WIGAN

£24k+ DOE

PERMANENT, FULL TIME

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this modern, forward thinking business in the Wigan area. This niche business is rapidly expanding and going from strength to strength, therefore expanding their team and seeking 2 x Submissions Administrators.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing, preparing and submitting paperwork to various portals in line with company guidelines and requirements
  • Inputting and updating data on the in-house systems / portals
  • Submitting various documentation, chasing missing documents
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries
  • Working to weekly and monthly targets and deadlines
  • Creating insurance guarantees / warranties for installed products
