A multi-office law firm in Devon are looking for a civil litigation locum to help out on a long-term basis for a period of up to 12 months starting as soon as you are able. This will be to handle a mixed caseload of civil litigation files including contract disputes, consumer disputes, debt claims, property, and residential landlord and tenant. An ability to undertake other areas of civil litigation work such as employment would be advantageous. You must also be willing to take on new matters as well as the existing caseload, to include more complex property matters.
 
The firm use SOS case management software and you will need to be computer literate as well as up-to-date with compliance.
 
This is a potentially long-term assignment of up to 12 months. The firm are ideally looking for full-time hours although they would consider 4 days per week for the right candidate. You will need to be based at their Exeter offices as remote/hybrid working is not available.
