A Central London firm is looking for a conveyancer to work in the real estate department at their office located a 3 minute walk from Old Street Underground Station.  Ideally they are looking for a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in conveyancing work. Scope for plenty of remote working from home if preferred but some in-office attendance will be required.

Key requirements for this role are experience in the following:

• Dealing with all aspect of residential property
•  
• Freehold / Leasehold purchases and sales
•  
• Remortgages
•  
• New Builds both freehold and leasehold purchases.
•  
• Preparing Transfers and new leases in any work for developers.
•  
• New builds with HTB loans

The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
