Location: Qatar (70% Onshore / 30% Offshore)
Contract Duration: 36 Months
Work Schedule: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week (Approx. 26 days per month)

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Transportation & Installation (T&I) Lead to support a major offshore energy development project in Qatar. This long-term assignment involves strategic oversight and operational leadership in the planning and execution of offshore installation works.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead high-impact subsea operations while working within a dynamic, multicultural project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safe and efficient execution of all T&I activities, including riser installation, subsea structures, tie-ins, and marine operations.

• Coordinate offshore operations across multiple vessels in line with project plans.

• Review and approve engineering deliverables, work packs, and risk assessments.

• Oversee SIMOPS planning, vessel readiness, and mobilisations.

• Drive high standards in HSE and quality performance.

• Collaborate with engineering, HSE, planning, and marine logistics teams.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant international standards and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).

• Valid offshore survival certification and ability to pass medical (OPITO preferred).

• Minimum 8 years of experience in T&I execution, including 5 years offshore on installation vessels.

• Extensive knowledge of subsea operations: risers, pipelines, cables, and heavy lifts.

• Experience with international offshore installation contractors.

• Strong understanding of HAZOP, HAZID, and risk management.

• Familiar with international offshore codes and standards.
