Sales Order Processor 

Location: Stone

Hours: Full time, 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

Rate: £12.30 per hour 

Duration: Temporary to permanent, an immediate start is available!

Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual with a strong focus on customer satisfaction?  If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client's team as an Order Processor!

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries by phone and email, providing quick and professional assistance
• Process sales orders, manage returns, and address related inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in systems to ensure seamless operations
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Support supplier orders, provide progress updates, and handle other key tasks to ensure team efficiency
• Adapt quickly to urgent issues and contribute to effective problem-solving

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience using the Sage system
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for problem-solving
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
