Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting children in their early learning, including literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Assisting with lesson planning and delivery in the EYFS curriculum
• Providing 1:1 or small group support to help children reach developmental milestones
• Encouraging children’s personal, social, and emotional development
• Helping create a fun, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting children in developing independence, confidence, and communication skills
• Working alongside teachers to implement effective learning strategies
• Promoting positive behaviour and supporting students with additional learning needs

Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children and staff
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for fostering a love of learning
