• Graduate Business Studies Mentor.
• A degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field with a 2:1 or higher.
• A genuine passion for supporting the academic and personal development of young people.
• Prior experience working with students or young people is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Graduate Business Studies Mentor – Job Specification

• Long-term, full-time role with earning potential up to £500 per week.
• Work closely with teachers to support in-class learning for GCSE and A-Level Business Studies students.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group intervention sessions tailored to student needs.
• Assist in developing engaging lesson resources and materials.
• Monitor and track student progress, offering additional support where required.
• Opportunity to progress into a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher role, with increased pay.
• Potential for salaried Initial Teacher Training opportunities in the future.
• Sociable working hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
