Somerset based ambitious and leading law firm are looking for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner. This is a permanent full-time role with the opportunity for hybrid working for the right candidate. The firm are expanding and are looking for ambitious individuals who can bring something special to the firm. You will be dealing with a wide range of wills & probate matters and must have a solid experience and a willingness to drive forward the future of the department.
 
Role Involves:
·Handling your own wide-ranging private client caseload
·Undertake all aspects of estate administration dealing with wills and probate matters, elderly client matters, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters, tax and trust matters
·Providing guidance and support to junior members of the private client department
·Conduct regular client meetings and regularly liaising with clients to keep them updated
·Upload the ethics and cultural ethos of the firm
 
Required skills:
·Ideally at least 2 to 4 years private client experience
·Excellent communication and client care skills with the ability to deal empathetically with elderly clients
·Demonstrable collaborative and team-working skills
·Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
