A very well established West Midlands firm is looking for a senior commercial property lawyer to work in their office in Birmingham. Ideally the firm is looking for a solicitor who has a minimum of 5 years' PQE in comm prop work. Ideally, the firm would like to merge this role with a managing partner role and recruit someone willing to run the practice as the senior lawyer, but this is not essential and they are happy to consider candidates who are just happy to manage a busy commercial property caseload.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be 65k-90k depending on experience plus profit share/equity if desired.
