Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Candidate Specification

• Degree (2:1 or higher preferred) in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, or a related field.

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Job Specification

• Full-time, long-term Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role
• Earn up to £520 per week.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons to young learners.
• Work with small groups and 1:1 interventions to boost progress in literacy and numeracy.
• Assist in phonics, reading, and early writing development, helping children gain confidence.
• Encourage creative and hands-on learning, making education enjoyable and accessible.
• Help children prepare for SATs and key assessments, developing their skills and resilience.
• Sociable working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
