• A recent graduate with a 2:1 or higher in a core subject, Pscyhology or education related degree
• Classroom experience is a plus but not necessary
• Enthusiastic about improving student learning and fostering academic confidence
• Comfortable providing 1:1 and small group support to help students grasp key concepts
• Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and delivery
• Provide tailored assistance to students, including those with additional learning needs
• Take part in professional development opportunities to grow your skillset

Graduate Learning Support Assistant | Role Details:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, term-time only
• Competitive salary: £475 - £495 per week
