The role is mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend events, and most days finishing by 7:30 PM. Sous Chef requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef schools, Contract Catering or restaurant experience.
• Possession of an enhanced DBS certificate for safe working or ability to gain a DBS.
• Ideally qualified to NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
