• A highly organized Sous Chef with strong experience managing teams, stock control, and rota planning.
• Calm, focused, and hardworking, with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about fresh ingredients, whole carcass utilization, and Mediterranean flavours.
• Experience with open-fire cooking and sauces is highly desirable.
• Able to lead by example, fostering a positive team dynamic.
