A law firm in West Sussex are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to provide holiday cover from 1 week in March - either 13-17th or 20-24th March 2023. You should be able to do equity release and title splits at the land registry - so one house being converted to 2 - as well as transfers of equity and property transfers/accents following someone's death. You will need to be based at the firm's offices in Horsham for this role.
