A law firm in Barnsley are looking for a family locum to help out starting from January 2023. Your responsibilities will include managing an existing caseload of 70 files - 50/50 private & legal aid - to include divorce, ancillary relief, cohabitation, private children act, injunction etc. Full or part-time hours are fine and the firm are happy with some remote working - however, there are paper files so regular office attendance each week will be required. Candidates interested in a locum to permanent arrangement are welcomed.
