A property development company are looking for a commercial solicitor to work in the in-house legal department at their Croydon office.  The successful candidate will be working on a range of commercial property transactions, liaising with external counsel on matters concerning development, sales and acquisitions of commercial property and negotiating and securing agreements with partners and key subcontractors. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
